    We are looking for an experienced Electrician to work with Mitie Team at Hinkley A Station in Somerset, carrying out electrical safety checks, PAT testing, planned and reactive maintenance and repairs, and undertaken some installation works. "We are ideally seeking an electrician with expertise in commercial maintenance to handle the electrical needs of our facilities, however this is desirable. You must be able to work to high levels of health and safety, understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements and ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.  You should have a full, current, driving licence, be IT literate for record keeping, have good customer service skills, be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.  The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar, and be qualified to either Level 2/3 City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and18th edition, ideally you will have test and inspect (desirable).
