    We have rewarding opportunities available for Female* Crisis House Team Leader to join our team across Bath & North East Somerset and Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) based in Swindon. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week across rotating shifts Monday to Sunday including days, evenings and sleep-ins, to meet the needs of the Service. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,289 rising to £30,927 following 6-month probation plus £70 for sleep-ins plus benefits . Established in 1983 Bristol MISSING LINK is a leading provider of Housing and Support Services to women with mental health and housing related support needs in Bristol. Missing Link is the parent organisation to NEXT LINK domestic abuse services and SAFE LINK sexual violence services. You will work as part of the new Mental Health Framework that will sit alongside and compliment those provided by primary and secondary care, as a key partner within the Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership (a collaboration of voluntary organisations including Alabarè, Second Step and Nilaari). Make a difference to someone's life with a fulfilling role at Alabarè. Key duties and responsibilities of our Female* Crisis House Team Leader: Assist the Service Manager in the organisation of staffing hours and implementation of the staff rota to ensure the service always maintains safe staffing levels. Provide support and guidance to the staff team to ensure Guests receive safe, high-quality care and support. Deliver person-centred support, collaboratively developing and reviewing care plans focused on recovery and personal goals. Work inclusively and equitably with all service users, ensuring cultural sensitivity, challenging stigma, and advocating where needed. Monitor mental health, ensuring timely intervention, engaging with multi-disciplinary teams, and offering harm-minimisation support. Assist in crisis management, responding to emergency situations with calm, professional intervention. Promote coping mechanisms and self-management strategies that encourage independence and resilience. Work within a recovery and psychologically informed approach, supporting women to maximise their safety, independence and wellbeing Liaise effectively and collaboratively with all appropriate agencies and community groups Take part in the assessment of women referred to the service; including gathering additional information from supporting agencies Build trust and rapport by utilising personal lived experience to provide emotional and practical support.
