We are committed to helping our customers achieve the highest possible success rates and outcomes; that is why our focus is on personalized care, the use of the most cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data.Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance / Logistics / Economics / STEM Experience: 3+ years in a data analytical role, working with high data volumes, such as FP&A, Controlling, Production Planning, Logistics Planning, Material Planning, Sales Analytics, etc. Nice to have: sectoral experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Manufacturing.3 Skills: Data analytics: at ease working with high data volume; identifies trends, variations, and reasons for those Financial reporting: working experience with P&L for a production/e-commerce company Forecasting/budgeting: experience with financial planning/forecasting 4. Software: Advanced Excel; nice-to-have BI tools (Power BI, etc.) Other software: working experience of ERP (especially Sales, Warehouse, Finance & Accounting modules)

    Details The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team. Responsibilities 1. Regular reporting: Sales report: prepare weekly sales & GM report; analysis of variances Stock coverage report: prepare a weekly analysis of stock coverage Cashflow file: maintain weekly forecast Cost review by area: prepare monthly files by dept.; flag deviation from budget & rolling forecast

    2. Financial Planning & Analysis. About the position We are looking for a Research Lead (Healthcare) to drive fast, data-driven research that supports product claims and business decisions. This is a leadership-focused role (≈50%) combining research strategy, stakeholder alignment, and project ownership. You will define studies based on marketing and product needs, guide execution, and ensure insights are delivered quickly and effectively. This is not a deep-tech or clinical research role. We prioritize practical, high-impact analysis over complex, long-term modeling. The ideal candidate understands consumer health data, works with speed, and can translate business questions into actionable research. Requirements Core Profile 5+ years in applied research or data science in industry (not purely academic) Proven experience leading projects or teams, not just executing analysis Background in consumer health, digital health, public health, or behavioral data Track record of delivering insights quickly in a business environment Skills Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis (Python or R) Comfortable working with real-world, messy datasets Ability to balance speed vs. rigor and make pragmatic decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Responsibilities Lead end-to-end research projects: Translate business needs (marketing, product, sales) into research questions Design pragmatic, fast-turnaround studies Oversee execution and ensure timely delivery of insights Act as project owner and research lead, coordinating analysts and external partners Conduct and guide data analysis on consumer and health datasets to support product claims Develop clear, evidence-based outputs (claims, reports, publications) Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders Contribute to partnerships (e.g., universities, clinicians) and light research operations (e.g., IRB) Benefits What we offer You will work with a dedicated, highly-engaged, international team of professionals who are passionate about helping couples and individuals start their families.
