    Job Summary Micheldever Tyres is looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to be responsible for picking orders, loading and unloading vehicles and putting stock away. About the role: Ensure all goods received and sent out are checked for faults and reported as required Ensure high levels of count accuracy at Stock Audits, effectively communicating stock discrepancies, shortages or problem areas Ensure any movement of goods within the Warehouse environment is efficient and accurate according to instruction Ensure out-bound vehicles are loaded in a proper, safe manner, according to instruction, Company Practice and current legislation Ensure all received stock is ‘put-away’ in the correct locations within the Warehouse and all goods due for dispatch are processed, picked and loaded correct to customer order and DC requirements.     Job Summary We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our evolving business based at our Walsall Depot. This is a multi-functional role however the primary duties will include picking orders, loading and unloading vehicles and putting stock away.  You should be aware that this role will involve manual handling and heavy lifting as you will be required to move tyres around the warehouse on a daily basis, including loading and unloading vehicles. We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic and good customer service skills. This role is a guaranteed 45 hours per week and offers a competitive salary and benefits. You will also be entitled to 30 days holiday including bank holidays. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to acquire a number of skills which for which you will receive a bonus payment (fork lift licence, first aid training etc.).
