    What You'll do: Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping to define, create, implement, and deliver the paid social and display strategy to grow the Michael Kors online business across our 50+ EMEA markets.
    Collaborate with our media agency to define the paid social and display strategy Monitor performance metrics daily, analyse data, and provide actionable insights Manage ad budgets efficiently across platforms and markets to meet sales and growth targets Work with our agency to build a test and learn roadmap for the year, testing different creatives, ad formats and targeting strategies to improve results Produce Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reporting to clearly articulate performance, reasons for results and action plans, with a laser focus on driving efficiency of marketing spend Brief and work with creative teams to develop high-impact ad assets tailored to each channel and platform Manage and optimise the product feeds for Paid Social channels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information to maximise campaign performance Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices Work closely with Brand, Design, Analytics, CRM & Retail teams across both the EU and North America offices to ensure activity is aligned where appropriate and to meet broader business objectives Manage invoices for relevant channels and third-party vendors Support contract renewals, onboarding and security clearance for new projects Bring your authentic self, experience, and opinion to deliver clear direction with our Digital Marketing Strategy, also supporting an inclusive and enjoyable workplace
    You’ll Need to Have:
    3-4+ years of hands-on paid social experience on Meta & TikTok, in retail or eCommerce Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs, with the ability to derive insights and then turn them into action plans. Strong understanding of creative testing, funnel strategy, and attribution. Analytical and data-driven with great attention to detail. Experience managing an agency and/or stakeholders Good understanding of enterprise level analytics tools such as Adobe or equivalent. Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills, able to present your ideas to senior management with clarity and confidence.
    We’d Love to See: A team-player with good relationship-building and communication skills. Ability to prioritize responsibilities in line with business objectives. Keen interest in new developments within the online industry, including MTA and MMM. Understanding of database segmentation & using CRM data for personalization. A sense of humour and desire to work in a dynamic and diverse workplace.

    Department overview: The Digital Marketing team is part of the Ecommerce Team, working closely with Trade, Design, Operations, Wed Production and Translations.
    What You’ll Do: The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Michael Kors’ performance marketing team across EMEA/ROW region on day-to-day activities across all digital marketing channels: Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Social, SEO, and Display. Working closely on Paid Search and SEO, reporting into the Search Specialist Support when needed on Affiliate and Paid Social Take ownership of creative workflow across channels, from briefing assets to the design team and to the copywriter to reviewing the assets received and finally delivering approved assets to the agency for execution Work with our in-house translation team to localize campaigns across the EU markets Coordinate campaign briefing process, working with Design, Translations, Trade and Operations to communicate campaigns into the media agency Support on campaign implementation and execution across all paid channels, including testing, QA and analysis Identify opportunities across all digital channels to drive quality traffic through competitor benchmarking Support the team with reporting and campaigns performance tracking, Daily, Weekly and adhoc reports Support with day-to-day communication and weekly calls with our third party agencies Provide support on day-to-day campaign planning and execution, to deliver strong plans and growing revenue whilst maintaining good ROAS Support with Copy and Creative checks Support with the update of Organic Search meta-data between the web production and translation teams
