    Who You Are:

    Our Sales Supervisors are empowered to achieve personal and store goals through coaching and leading their team to deliver an elevated Customer Experience, both in store and virtually.     What You'll Do:

    People

    Inspire, lead and coach the store team and collaborate with the host store to create a culture of performance delivery and accountability.

    Support the management team in training and developing the store team and onboarding new joiners.

    Sales and Service

    Lead the team of MK Ambassadors to ensure they are prioritizing exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business both in store and through Virtual Shopping.

    Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.

    Proactively manage client database to increase sales.

    Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are set for MK Ambassadors and communicated effectively.

    Operations

    Ensuring loss prevention is a key priority, assuming responsibility for taking quick action on early indications of any loss, collaborating with the SM, ASM and LPRM.

    Ensure all company communication platforms are used effectively and relevant actions taken.

    You'll Need to Have:

    Relevant proven retail experience with a fast-paced retailer

    Technologically proficient, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer experience.

    Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, keeping a positive attitude and maintaining speed, energy and optimism.

    Who You Are:

    The Omnichannel Merchandising Director serves as the key link between Global Merchandising and the EMEA regional teams, ensuring collections reflect local needs while staying aligned with brand strategy. This role is responsible for building product frameworks, optimizing pricing, and delivering relevant assortments across channels to achieve and exceed financial objectives.

    The ideal candidate is a master assortment builder with strong product sensibility, deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, and the ability to identify commercial risks and opportunities.

    Beyond commercial results, the Director is expected to foster a culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration

    What You'll Do:
    Develop seasonal strategic merchandising plans, including demand & range plans, price architecture, and margin strategy. Partner across channels and regions to deliver balanced, profitable assortments tailored to specific EMEA market needs. Manage quarterly Markets, including seasonal strategy, showroom setup, and sales tools - support go-to-market preparation with selling tools, sales presentations, and alignment meetings. Own IMU and CNB seasonal targets, ensuring alignment with global guidelines - responsible for creating regional pricing strategy and ensure compliance with margin goals. Partner cross-functionally with key Business Units (Buying, Planning, VM, Marketing, Digital) to ensure cohesive product messaging, key seasonal pushes & strategy.     The Trade Marketing function is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive the success of EU retail, concession and wholesale stores.     What You'll Do:
    Support the Trade Marketing Manager in the timely development and delivery of high impact, cost effective marketing plans in support of seasonal activity and events across EU owned retail Lifestyle stores Collaborate with the cross-functional teams in the development of marketing initiatives and multichannel campaigns with a focus on engaging instore customer experiences and events, influencer partnerships and digital campaigns Proactively collaborate across divisions and ensure efficient communications to deliver consistent brand messaging.
