    About the role 

    As our CRM Support you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality support to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist team by handling customer queries, coordinating CRM activities, and contributing to operational excellence across multiple service lines. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • You'll respond to and resolve customer queries via telephone and written communication with professionalism and accuracy.
    • You'll update and maintain customer profiles and folders with a high degree of accuracy.
    • You'll create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and Management Information (MI) to support CRM activities.
    • You'll coordinate and facilitate CRM calls, including minute-taking and distribution of action points.
    • You'll cover CRM calls in the absence of CRM specialists as needed.
    • You'll assist in the development and documentation of internal CRM procedures and best practices.
    • You'll support and collaborate with the CRM specialist team across six service lines, applying working knowledge to contribute effectively.
    • You'll perform and take ownership of non-routine assignments and medium-complexity projects with minimal supervision.
    • You'll exercise independent judgment and initiative in decision-making within established procedures.
    • You'll coordinate and facilitate the work of others where needed, without direct supervisory responsibilities.
    • You'll provide planning and logistical support for customer engagement strategies and internal CRM initiatives.
    • You'll from time to time, operate at a strategic level in collaboration with senior stakeholders. 

    Skills and Experience  

    • Strong background in customer service or client support.
    • Proven ability to handle written and verbal communication professionally and empathetically.
    • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Experience in coordinating meetings, calls, and follow-up actions. 


    Job Title: Customer Relationship Support
    Salary: Circa £30,000
    Grade: 9
    Working Hours: 35
    Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 
    Office Location: Milton Keynes 
    Job Type: Fixed term Contract for 12-months

    About Our Role    

    As our Admin Support Assistant you'll provide administrative support to the claims teams, including payment authorisation, managing correspondence and queries, assisting vulnerable customers to submit claims and password resetting for claims portal. 

    You'll provide an excellent customer experience and handle each task in a thorough and professional way.

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Review and analyse payments with a strong attention to detail
    • Work with departments, suppliers and customers to ensure excellent customer service is provided.
    • Ensure all payments, correspondence, and queries are managed in a timely manner and that business requirements are met.
    • Organise and prioritise own workload in line with changing requirements.
    • To work in conjunction with company policies and procedures, in line with relevant SLAs.
    • To ensure that all Data Protection requirements are complied with.
    • Act as a role model for our principles; Think Big, Inspire and Customer First.
    • To build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and contacts.
    • To proactively manage all queries and ensure they are dealt with efficiently.
    • Adapting to changing requirements which evolve as part of automation.

    Skills and Experience 

    • Ability to collect and analyse relevant information to support effective decision-making.
    • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload, in line with changing requirements.
    • Experience of working in a customer-focused role.
    • Ability to use own initiative and work within defined procedures.
    • Attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Computer literate, including experience of using MS Office.

     
    Salary £23,600.00 
    Hours  35 hours per week Monday - Friday  
    Location Hybrid - working 2 days per week from our office based in Milton Keynes 
    Grade  6
