    Malmaison and Hotel du Vin have 37 inspiring boutique hotels across the two exceptional brands within the UK.  This position would be to support the 18 properties in the North Region from Manchester to Aberdeen.  This role would require regular travel between sites but also not excluding any other regions of the hotel group depending on the business needs.  We are seeking Property Manager to play a vital role and will be responsible for overseeing the property management, maintenance, and operational performance of a region of hotels, with a focus on delivering high-quality facilities that align with strategic objectives, including ESG initiatives. Reporting directly to the Property Director, the Property Manager will lead regional of Maintenance Managers and Teams, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with fire, health, safety, and regulatory standards, and support initiatives to optimise asset performance and sustainability. In this role, you’ll provide essential operational and administrative support, acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders such as finance, development managers, and contractors.  You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of property performance, safety and guest satisfacton.   What you’ll be doing as an Property Manager: Oversee the routine maintenance, repair, and operational activities of properties within the region to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Be the Property lead to support, and develop Maintenance Managers and their teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, service level agreements, and company standards. Assist in developing and managing the property & maintenance budget, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Assist the Property Director in implementing and managing the dilapidations and emergency capital budget. Ensure all properties comply with relevant health and safety legislation, building codes, and industry standards. Conduct regular Property Audits to identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks. To include but not limited to, CDM regulations, LOLER, Legionella, Asbestos, Fire and Health & Safety at work. Support the implementation of energy efficiency, waste reduction, and other sustainability initiatives aligned with the company’s ESG targets. Support crisis management plans and ensure business continuity procedures are in place and effective. Ensure planned preventive maintenance is in place and aligned across all Hard FM.  Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors on asset maintenance, refurbishment, and capital improvement projects, including dilapidation works and minor Capex. Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Property Director and other stakeholders. Maintain clear communication channels with General Managers, Maintenance Managers, Operations, and other relevant departments. Keep up to date and ahead of changes in legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.  What we’re looking for:  Proven experience in multiple property or facilities management, ideally within the hospitality industry or a similar environment. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and external vendors. Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, health & safety regulations, and compliance standards. Experience managing large and complex budgets, contracts, and negotiations. Strong knowledge with construction, Hard FM, and project management processes. Delivery of projects on time and within budget. Knowledge of sustainability practices and ESG considerations in facilities management. Knowledge of facilities management software and systems such as CAFM and compliance portals. Qualifications in facilities management, health and safety or building services.  Process improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to streamlining workflows and automating manual tasks. We are looking for an experienced PR and Brand Communications Manager to support how Malmaison and Hotel du Vin show up in the media and across owned and earned brand channels.

    This role focuses on day-to-day PR delivery, brand storytelling and reputation management across both brands. You will work closely with external PR agencies, internal stakeholders and hotel teams to ensure consistent, high-quality brand communications that reflect each brand’s personality and commercial priorities.

    This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who is confident managing press activity, handling media enquiries and supporting brand moments with strong judgement and attention to detail. While the role does not have line management responsibility, it plays an important role within the wider Marketing & Digital team and works cross-functionally with Social, Brand, Commercial and Operations teams. What you'll be doing as a PR and Brand Communications Manager: Deliver PR strategies for Malmaison and Hotel du Vin aligned with brand and commercial goals. Serve as the main contact for press office activities, managing media enquiries and drafting statements. Coordinate with external PR agencies to secure proactive and reactive earned media coverage. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists across lifestyle, travel, food, and business sectors. Support crisis and issues management, ensuring accurate and timely responses with senior stakeholders. Assist with brand campaigns, hotel openings, refurbishments, and key brand moments through effective PR messaging. Create press releases, briefing documents, media toolkits, and brand narratives reflecting each brand’s tone. Represent the brands at PR events, media previews, and activations as needed. Support influencer and creator campaigns in collaboration with Social Media and Brand teams, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling.     What we’re looking for: Solid experience working in PR and brand communications, ideally within lifestyle, hospitality, travel or consumer brands. Confident handling media enquiries and writing press materials, statements and reactive responses. Experience working with PR agencies and contributing to earned media delivery. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different brands and audiences. Comfortable supporting brand issues or reputational moments with guidance from senior stakeholders. Experience using PR and social monitoring tools such as Gorkana, Cision or Brandwatch. Well organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
