From fire and structural remediation to compliance with the Building Safety Act your work will ensure every version, approval and submission is accounted for and compliant with MTVH’s Information Management system. You’ll work closely with internal teams and contractors and regulators to make building information flows seamless and secure. On a day-to-day basis you will: Maintain consistent, compliant document control across all AEC project stages, including implementing strict version control and maintain audit trails for all document changes Monitor submission timeliness and flag missing, outdated or non-compliant records and support the QA/QC teams in verifying the completeness and compliance of documentation Track and archive building information and project revisions including drawings, reports and specifications, using metadata tagging for efficient search, retrieval and reporting.
