You'll deal games with accuracy and energy, guide players, and create a fun, professional atmosphere. Main Responsibilities Conduct assigned table and electronic games (such as Blackjack, Roulette Three Card Poker, Baccarat) in accordance with established rules, policies, and gaming regulations. Shuffle and deal cards or operate gaming equipment efficiently and accurately. Ensure game integrity by monitoring play for adherence to rules and identifying any irregularities. Deliver outstanding guest service by maintaining a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour. Explain game rules and procedures clearly and courteously to players. Handle disputes or misunderstandings calmly and escalate as necessary to a supervisor. Accurately exchange chips for cash and calculate payouts quickly and correctly. Ensure full compliance with gaming commission regulations and internal control standards. Report any suspicious or unusual activity to supervisory staff immediately. Maintain confidentiality of all guests and company information. Work collaboratively with other dealers, gaming supervisors and management to ensure smooth operations. Participate in training and development programs to maintain skill proficiency and regulatory knowledge. Drive standardization, automation, user experience improvements, and technology lifecycle management across the organization. Key Responsibilities Accountability Lead EUC operations including accountability for device management, endpoints, VDI environments, M365 collaboration tools, and printing services across all venues. Oversee day-to-day service delivery, incident resolution, and escalation management for end-user devices and software. Manage asset lifecycle procurement, deployment, maintenance, replacement, disposal. Responsible for all EUC related strategic initiatives, engineering and projects. Technology Management Maintain standards for endpoint configuration, security, patching, and software packaging. Manage endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM, Citrix, etc.). Coordinate rollouts of OS updates, application deployments, and security patches. Optimize performance and availability for EUC tools and systems. Accountable for all teams-conferencing and AV facilities across all venues including hospitality areas. Security & Compliance Ensure endpoint security compliance, encryption, MFA, antivirus, and vulnerability management is in place in accordance with security standards. Main Responsibilities All dealers will be required to be skilled in executing No Limit Texas Hold’em and Pot Limit Omaha cash games and tournaments.  Mixed and Dealers Choice games may also be required on the completion of further training. The dealer must maintain control of the game when dealing and provide clear and confident communication to our customers when announcing hands, bets, winners and game progress. The dealer must shuffle and deal the cards but will also calculate and pay winning bets, manage pots accurately during games, collect rake and identify/act upon and report any irregularities or violations of our house rules. The dealer will manage chip transactions for the players as well as answer questions and at times provide guidance on the rules of the game. In addition to the traditional dealer responsibilities, our Dealers provide entertainment and hospitality to customers, and the quality of a dealer's customer service contributes to the venues and company's success. Compliance with all relevant legislation is a crucial requirement of the role. Dealers are expected to be knowledgeable about all Safer Gaming and Anti Money laundering requirements. Dealers must undertake regular associated training and immediately raise any associated concerns with their line manager when on duty, as per the SG and AML policies.   Who You Are Always maintain a positive and upbeat attitude. Acknowledge players when they arrive at the tables. Remain patient and polite with customers even in times of disagreement and dispute. Advise customers on how the MetCard loyalty programme works, always ask customers for their loyalty card, and encourage the using of it. Deal all games in accordance with procedures including "The Rules of the Game" and the Gaming Manual. Conduct game commentary in a manner that keeps colleagues and customers clearly informed of their actions, is fully audible and provides clarity and guidance to all. Inform a manger when a customer persistently displays behaviours associated with a "Problem Gambler". Maintain awareness of customer body language which might indicate collusion or misconduct and immediately report any suspicions to a supervisor. Work to continually improve technical skills to improve the efficiency of games. Complete all Metropolitan Gaming's mandatory training. Attend meetings, training workshops and other communication events as and when requested. Assist other dealers by conducting informal coaching when the opportunity arises. Immediately report any concerns regarding the security of the games to a Gaming Supervisor or senior team member. Regularly check all the gaming equipment on the tables that are allocated to open, determining that the table is fit for purpose and report it if not. Report all incidents regarded as suspicious as defined by the AML training. Uphold the company's commitment to the protection of young and vulnerable people, in accordance with the company's responsible gambling policy and procedures.
