     What you will need: 
     Significant knowledge of both Residential and Buy to Let mortgage lending, with a keen understanding of current mortgage industry trends and regulation.In-depth knowledge of the mortgage intermediary market and understanding of mortgage regulation and legal requirements surrounding mortgage underwriting.Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively with Business Development Managers and other Mortgage colleagues on application discussions.Astute awareness of organised fraud and the systems and controls in place to mitigate such risksGood use of initiative to deliver more than just the minimum required in each task. CeMAP qualified is preferable.

You’ll play a key role in hedge accounting and the wider management of financial instruments, ensuring compliance with IFRS 9 and supporting Treasury in designing and maintaining effective hedging strategies.The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex accounting concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
