**The Role**
As an analyst, you’ll be at the heart of understanding how millions of customers experience their website and apps. Your work will uncover the stories behind customer behaviour and answer mission-critical questions: Is our search algorithm performing at its peak? How are customers engaging with onsite content and events? How do they navigate our app and what can we do to make it even better? What will truly make shopping with us effortless?
Armed with rich datasets, you’ll extract, transform, and analyse information to generate insights that directly shape major business decisions. Your recommendations won’t sit on the shelf; they’ll influence what customers see, how they shop, and the future direction of their digital platforms.
You’ll work across a wide variety of high-impact projects, with very little BAU work. Some pieces will require fast, tactical problem-solving; others will involve deeper, long-term analysis that plays a key role in defining the Ecommerce team’s strategy.
To support your development, you’ll receive regular training on essential tools and skills, from data visualisation and statistics to presenting insights with confidence. Plus, every Wednesday includes a dedicated two-hour slot for personalised learning, helping you grow quickly and continuously.
