The platform advises corporates, private equity sponsors and financial investors across a broad range of leveraged financing transactions, including acquisition finance, LBOs, refinancing and recapitalisations. This is an opportunity to join a highly active platform with strong deal flow and significant exposure to live transactions. The role offers direct interaction with senior bankers, sponsors, management teams and lenders, alongside the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility across transaction execution.
