    Full time position on site£45,000 to £50,000 per annumWe are seeking an innovative and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our dynamic team and drive revenue growth. The hotel is newly refurbished with a décor based on Oxford style vintage fashion.Set amongst 3 acres of private gardens and only 2 miles from Oxford city centre Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel is a beautiful country manor in the picturesque village of Iffley. A total of 77 rooms, all en-suite, are divided between two buildings, each with an entirely different character.Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
