Due to continued growth in both domestic and international markets, the business is looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join their specialist software team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge food processing equipment and automation systems, including the development and programming of robotic applications. You'll be involved throughout the project life cycle, from software development and commissioning to supporting installations around the world. Software Control Systems Engineer - What You'll Be Doing Developing and programming PLC and HMI control systems Supporting machine commissioning and start-up activities Working with robotics, conveyor systems and automated production equipment Developing and supporting software solutions for customers worldwide Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver innovative automation projects Software Control Systems Engineer - What We're Looking For Experience in some or all of the following: PLC and HMI programming (Mitsubishi experience desirable but not essential) Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens or Omron control systems Structured Text programming Industrial communications including Profinet, Profibus and EtherNet/IP Machine commissioning, packaging systems, conveyor systems or robotics High-level programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, VB or Python Software Control Systems Engineer - What's On Offer?
