Salary & Pay Structure
£26,500 – £27,500 | Entry-Level Therapeutic Care Worker
£29,500 – £30,500 | Qualified Residential Care Worker (Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or extensive relevant experience)
£28,000 – £29,500 | Waking Nights (4 on 4 off rota, 35 hours per week)
£36,000 | Senior Therapeutic Care Worker (Level 3 C&YP essential + previous Senior Support experience)

Requirements
Full manual UK driving licence (required for transporting young people)
21+ years old (regulatory requirement)
Ability to obtain and maintain enhanced DBS + update service
Right to work in the UK
Ability to commit to shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
Ability to provide satisfactory references
