The Mission
We are recruiting an elite Critical Care Nurse to join the private medical wing of a globally cruising superyacht. Your sole focus is the 1:1 health management and preventative care of an 80-year-old VIP Principal.
While the role demands clinical rigor, the setting is unparalleled. You will be onboard for the vessel’s upcoming high-summer season, cruising the most exclusive coordinates of the Mediterranean, including Portofino, the Amalfi Coast, and Sardinia.
The Team
You will integrate into a highly structured, Western-trained medical hierarchy designed for patient safety and staff well-being:
Clinical Lead: Reporting directly to a British Medical Director.
Support: Working alongside specialist Physiotherapists.
Rostering: Operating a strict Double-Nurse Shift System to ensure sufficient rest and handover protocols.

Phase 1: Detailed CV & License Audit.
Phase 2: Comprehensive Online Interview (No travel to Milan required for the selection phase).
Phase 3: Embarkation to the vessel.
RequirementsRequirements
Education: Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Experience: 4+ years of post-graduate experience in ICU, ER, or A&E.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is mandatory for medical communications.
Attributes: Adaptable, highly discreet, and capable of delivering concierge-level care.
