    Hot Tub Fleet Manager - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire Salary: £30,000.00 Employment Type: Full Time - 40 hours, 5 days a week Shift Patterns: Mon – Fri / Weekends / Bank Holidays / Days Reports to: Head of Water Activities Job Description: Meadow Bay Villages are seeking a proactive and hands-on Hot Tub Fleet Manager to take full responsibility for the upkeep and operation of our fleet of hot tubs across the holiday park. This role is focused on ensuring all spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. You will oversee approximately 40 hot tub units, ensuring they are fully prepared for guest arrivals, regularly tested, and maintained in excellent working condition. You will lead a small team of operatives, manage maintenance schedules, and act as the go-to person for troubleshooting, technical issues, and guest queries relating to hot tubs and associated leisure facilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation, cleaning, and maintenance of all hot tub units across the holiday fleet Ensure all hot tubs are clean, safe, tested, and guest-ready for check-in days Carry out regular water testing and chemical balancing, ensuring compliance with safety standards Diagnose and resolve faults, repairs, and maintenance issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of testing, servicing, and maintenance activities Lead, support, and organise a team of maintenance operatives to ensure high performance and efficiency Plan and prioritise workloads, especially around peak changeover days Ensure all equipment and facilities meet operational and safety standards Respond to guest queries and resolve any hot tub-related issues promptly and professionally Maintain high presentation standards across all spa and leisure facilities Desirable: Skills - What we are looking for Previous experience working with hot tubs, pools, or leisure facilities Strong understanding of water chemistry and testing procedures Experience in a supervisory or team leader role Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently Well organised with strong attention to detail Confident delegating tasks and managing a team effectively A hands-on, proactive approach to work Strong communication and customer service skills Flexible and adaptable, especially during busy operational periods Staff Development: As an employee you will be encouraged to take ownership of your ongoing development, as a company we believe good quality education and training are key to success and you will receive support to develop and grow your skills, this will include: Job-specific training and development, both at your induction and throughout your development pathway Support to develop your own ‘Personal Development Plan’ - input from your manager to help you highlight what you need to work on and how to achieve it. Our extensive aquatic offering includes the largest aqua park in Northamptonshire with a water sports offering, a state-of-the-art indoor swimming pool complete with a kids’ area and exciting water slides, an outdoor splash park, and a collection of premium hot tubs for relaxation and luxury. Providing excellent customer service, ensuring each visitor has a successful, rewarding and enjoyable experience. Welcoming customers and staff to the facility. Monitoring the water ensures all water users are safe and follow the safety procedures/rules. Making sure the site follows our logged NOP & EAP procedures. Recording and upkeep of site maintenance. Ensuring all visitors are educated in, and adhere to the facilities etiquette and rules. Respond to those needing assistance; vigilantly monitor the participants to spot signs of struggle and signals for help/assistance. Leading rescues & training sessions as and where required. Carrying out daily/weekly safety checks on equipment and facilities to ensure all areas and equipment are fit for use and meet operational standards.
