The Person:The successful Audit Assistant Manager/ Manager will meet the following criteria:ACA/ACCA qualified accountant, ideally from a mid-tier accountancy practice, although strong Big 4 candidates will also be considered.Newly qualified or with 1+ years' post-qualified external audit experience, with a proven ability to lead audit assignments from planning through to completion.Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102, UK GAAP and UK auditing standards, with experience preparing and auditing financial statements.Experience supervising junior team members, with excellent communication, client relationship and organisational skills.Ambitious, commercially aware and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality audit work.
