Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a manufacturing or production engineering role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other engineering tools. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other manufacturing software. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities. Attention to detail with a focus on quality. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar quality systems. Experience with automated manufacturing systems.
