This exciting fixed-term position offers the opportunity to play an integral role in strengthening the brand’s distribution, visibility, and rate of sale across a diverse range of on-trade venues.You will engage with a broad mix of outlets — from French bistros and wine bars to terraces, brunch spots, and premium pub groups — helping to build relationships, support teams in venue, and create moments that bring the Lillet brand to life through sampling, advocacy, sales, and activation.You’ll work closely with our local sales team and central brand team to increase brand presence, secure menu listings, deliver perfect-serve training, and run engaging on-trade events.What will you be doing?During visits across your London territory, you will:Identify new on-trade outlets that align with the Lillet Spritz Rosé brandDrive new distribution, menu listings, and back-bar visibilityDeliver inclusive, welcoming sampling activity — Lillet’s “superpower” — across priority venuesSupport events and seasonal activations including Aperitif Hour and Le Petit SpritzEnsure POS, menus, and visibility touchpoints are accessible, consistent, and on-brandProvide supportive, confidence-building staff training to deliver a consistent perfect serveCollaborate with BDEs/CAEs to strengthen rate of sale in high-potential accountsCapture insights and feedback to help shape future brand growthIf you enjoy working in varied environments, building meaningful relationships, and creating positive brand experiences, this role could be a great match.What experience do you need?We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. Experience in field sales, brand activation, hospitality, or any customer-facing role is helpful, but we’re equally interested in people who can demonstrate the right mindset, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
