Co-develops the innovation strategy with the Marketing Head. Responsibilities: Lead front-end innovation development for SEA from insight → idea → validation → Gate progressionConduct opportunity sizing, consumer insight work, trend mapping and whitespace identification to develop a 3-5 year roadmap for innovations.Develop and refine concepts, lead consumer testing, validation and feasibility assessmentsLead the cross-functional team by working with R&D, CI & SC to shape flavor direction, pack design, claims and product architecturePartner with Commercialization and markets to prepare toolkits, trade decks and launch plans. Work with external creative agency to develop launch plans for innovations. Support launch readiness and OTIF delivery in alignment with commercialization teams.Lead regional PLEs, consolidate learnings & feed back into innovation roadmap.  Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
