    Our client is seeking an experienced B2B Telesales Account Manager to join their established sales team in Leigh, Greater Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business, where the successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing business accounts while developing new commercial relationships within the telecommunications sector.

    This B2B Telesales Account Manager position offers a varied workload, a supportive environment, and a clear pathway for progression.
     
    What the Role Involves
    Driving new B2B telephony product and service sales by phone, including qualifying prospects, pitching solutions, and closing sales.Managing and nurturing existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.Maintaining a structured pipeline using Act! CRM, supported by marketing-generated email campaigns, as well as self-sourcing new leads.Taking ownership of activity levels and working towards clear KPIs, including 40+ connected calls (60 seconds+) per day.Working closely with sales leadership to review performance and refine sales techniques.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. From day one, the successful candidate will be empowered to make a tangible impact.
