    The Role
    Our client is seeking a Corporate Business Development Manager to join their Industrial & Commercial division and drive high-value growth. This strategic, field-based position involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing a strong pipeline, and delivering tailored solutions that showcase their business model.

    Key Responsibilities
    Identify and develop new business opportunities through tenders and strategic proposals.Lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and contract close.Manage a robust pipeline worth £15–20 million, with individual contracts averaging £1.5 million.Collaborate internally to ensure smooth handovers and exceptional client experience.Promote sustainable waste management solutions that deliver real value to clients.About You
    Proven success in field-based business development (3+ years).Experience selling contracted services worth £1m+ annually.Strong commercial acumen and understanding of tendering processes.Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident engaging at all business levels.Knowledge of waste management or related legislation is a bonus, but not essential.No two days are the same.
