Employed Roles: Competitive base salary from £68,250
Supplementary bonus scheme with uncapped OTE, with a potential in excess of £120,000.

Based on 1,400 UDAs at £14.50, from £3,000 Denplan gross/month (35% split), Unscheduled Care 2 days/week at £23 per patient, and strong private demand
NHS (UDA): 1,400 UDAs from £14.50 per UDA
Private: 50% income split
Denplan: 35% income split (incl. hygienist usage split); approx. £3,000/month gross
Unscheduled Care: 2 days/week, 16 patients/day at £23 per patient (£35k+/year)
