About the pub
The Pitcher & Piano Harrogate is located on St John’s street nestled away between the shopping area, estate agents and a bustling hospitality area. It is a one room operation with a large terrace to the front. The return of Pitcher & Piano is a great sales opportunity to create a vibrant atmosphere to suit all occasions, from Bottomless brunch, Live entertainment & DJs playing the busy peak sessions. This is a great opportunity to oversee the transfer from Four Leaf into a well know P & P Brand.
We are looking for someone who is fun-loving, have a great character and enjoys the culture that our industry offers.

The pub is currently turning over approximately £12,000 per week on a 70/30 wet lead split, however, there is so much potential to increase sales here!
