    The Cambrian Tap is at the heart of Cardiff City Centre. Small but mighty, this one bar operation is a absolute gem; a classic city pub in the day, trading till late on weekends. The Cambrian attracts solid city centre trade throughout the week with office workers and shoppers, then Thursday to Saturday utilises its 4am close license for students and revellers. The Cambrian Tap's city centre location means it also benefits from any major event days in Cardiff, the rugby and gigs at the Principality stadium.  Currently averaging £17,500 a week in sales, the Cambrian Tap is a 100% wet led venue. We are looking for a strong and experienced wet-led operator, preferably with city centre experience, someone who understands the importance of maintaining a late night license.  What’s in it for you? 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
