The pub benefits from 2 large carparks and a beer garden to the side of the pub.    The pub is delivering weekly sales of around £12,000 split 85/15 wet led. With the imminent capex, the sales are expected to increase.   A sports-driven Operator with food experience is key to the success of this pub, someone who can market the sporting events, keep ahead of the fixtures and bring in all elements of the community to enjoy the immersive experience at our Grandstand pubs!
