In House Counsel – Senior Transactional Property Counsel (Estates) – Reading Our client is the UK's leading, fast-paced, mobile infrastructure services provider. We at , Marsden are keen to speak to commercial property lawyers keen to lead the transactional arm of their Legal and Compliance team. This role combines people leadership, operational oversight and hands-on legal delivery, acting as a key interface between Legal, Estates and external stakeholders. You will be a strong commercial property conveyancer with at least 7 years pqe from well-regarded firms/in house and have a keen interest in Landlord and tenant matters and Freehold acquisitions Your proven experience will include supervising legal teams, managing high volumes in a delivery-focused environment. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will lead, manage and develop, the transactional team, oversee the delivery of a high volume of telecoms property transactions and embed best practice and governance within the processes. You will be a key figure in progressing this face paced infrastructure development space and maintaining this business at the forefront of this exciting and developing environment.
