We are currently looking to appoint a new Trainee PM Planner located at our Head Office in Salford QuaysBasic Salary – based on National Minimum WageMarlowe Fire & Security’s Trainee PPM Planner’sThis opportunity is all about taking skills that you currently have and developing those skills into becoming a competent and high-achieving Planner/Scheduler, which can ultimately progress your career with us across multiple avenues and disciplines.Your training and development will introduce you to working with a variety of internal departments within our business, giving you valuable experience and understanding of several teams and how they operate, such as: Engineering, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain, whilst also dealing with external Clients. Your first 4-6 weeks will be a combination of classroom training at our in-house Marlowe Academy, along with 1-2-1 on the job training with a designated mentor.Once fully trained you will become competent within your Scheduling duties, you will be able to Schedule all work within designated region in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).Proactively monitor engineer’s activity to ensure that you touch base with all your engineers’ daily, ensuring early dispatch & attendance of first job & monitor throughout the day to ensure job completion.Build and maintain good working relationships with your Engineers, Stores/Supply Chain Department & Regional Service Manager (RSM) to ensure all calls are actioned accordingly Work closely with your manager and support your assigned Regional Service Manager (RSM) to meet customer expectations.Liaise with key clients over the phone to enhance both internal & external working relationships Completing the Regional Schedulers checklist on a daily, weekly & monthly basis maintaining an audit trail of this activity for yourself & your regional scheduler.
