What you’ll do As our new Assistant Brand Manager, Mas+ by Messi you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of global marketing initiatives by managing budgets, streamlining asset and sampling tools, and driving effective campaign execution in partnership with the brand teams.  Join our global brand team for Mas+ by Messi and learn what it takes to launch a brand new brand into the world. Additional key responsibilities include: Be accountable for the annual marketing budget for the Mas+ by Messi Global Marketing Team, including raising and tracking purchase orders (POs) and partnering with Finance to ensure spend is on track. Act as the team expert on the Bynder internal asset management system, driving adoption and best-in-class usage across global and local teams. Own and manage the Global Sampling toolkit, supporting local markets with their activations, consolidating learnings, and optimizing cost per contact and brand impact. Partner with brand teams to support campaign execution, taking ownership of specific elements such as public relations (PR) or activations. Provide guidance to local markets on sampling plans, ensuring consistency and alignment with global strategy. Track and report on campaign and sampling KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Legal/Compliance, Digital Centre of Excellence, Shopper Marketing, and local market teams to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives. Support continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools, and systems to streamline workflows and maximize impact. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. +3 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within a global or multi-market environment. Proficiency in budget management processes, including raising and reconciling purchase orders (POs). Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g. Bynder) and campaign execution tools. Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver successful marketing activations Who you are Strong collaboration, working cross-functionally, knowing when to influence, when to collaborate, and how to manage complex, fast-paced workloads. What you’ll do As our new Social Media & Advocacy Manager as part of our UK Marketing team you will own the full social ecosystem for White Claw, Mas+ by Messi and our challenger Ready to Drink (RTD) portfolio in the UK. You’ll be the brands’ real-time voice, shaping channel strategy, and forging creator partnerships that turn cultural sparks into conversation. From TikTok feeds and festival fields to Direct-to-consumer (D2C) drops and house-party selfies, you’ll translate a digital-first, community-led vision into scroll-worthy moments that deepen relevance, capture first-party data and fuel commercial growth. Additional key responsibilities include: Own day-to-day management of all White Claw UK social channels and partner with global teams to localize Mas+ content for the UK market. Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand plans and activate reactive, real-time posts around trends, culture and key brand moments. Manage community interactions in collaboration with the Digital Centre of Excellence, ensuring fast responses and an on-brand tone of voice. Amplify In-Real-Life (IRL) experiences such as festivals and events across social to extend reach, engagement and advocacy. Oversee the UK content pipeline; briefing, creating and curating assets, and apply a test-and-learn approach to formats, captions and scheduling. Monitor channel performance through dashboards and reports, using paid budgets to scale high-performing content and optimize reach and frequency. Lead the UK influencer strategy and advocacy programme, integrating creators, superfans and user generated content to deepen connection and drive engagement. Capture first-party data, ensure legal and compliance standards are met, and leverage social listening, trend insights and competitor analysis to identify new platform and content opportunities. What you’ll bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 4+ years of experience brand-side in social media or digital content roles for in drinks, FMCG or lifestyle brands End-to-end ownership of influencer or advocacy programmes, including planning, contracting and performance reporting. Data and analytics knowledge (E.g.
