The department is responsible for the operational management of trade flows across exchanges, OTC counterparties and custodians, ensuring accurate trade capture, settlement, reconciliation and reporting. The team works closely with Trading, Sales, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Technology and external partners to ensure operational efficiency, strong controls and regulatory compliance across the digital asset trading lifecycle. Role Summary To provide full and comprehensive operational support to Crypto Traders and Sales staff globally, ensuring the smooth execution, settlement, reconciliation and lifecycle management of crypto trades. The role is responsible for maintaining operational control, supporting regulatory and risk requirements, and ensuring that internal processes are adhered to at all times within a fast-paced digital asset trading environment.
