    •    Care Concierge service     The Role   Working as part of the wider management team looking after passenger security operations and reporting directly into the Security Performance Managers.  This role is responsible for 24/7 delivery of Terminal security operations in line with regulatory requirements and MAG policies and processes.   The Security Team Supervisor will manage a team and lead on the day delivery of security performance in line with compliance, productivity, customer experience and Health & Safety targets, with first line people management duties.   Accountabilities •    Responsible for their team’s performance, including compliance standards, attendance management and health and safety.
    •    Responsible for Validation Point and fixed-post performance to ensure compliance and efficiency in line with daily KPI's.
    •    To identify areas of performance that require improvement and take necessary steps to address.
    •    Responsible for daily set up and closure of the operational area, and deployment of colleagues within the lane, including fair rotation
    •    Development of high performing, engaged and supported teams through briefings and 1:1s.
    •    Adherence to people related policies and processes, as a line manager.
    •    Primary escalation point for their team.
    •    Responsible for the validation and maintenance of all compliance equipment including rectification and fault reporting.
    •    Level 2 security duties, including private searches, activations, high threats, equipment checks and accurately completing associated documentation.  
    Knowledge & Skills required   Full training will be given on any compliance & security duties    •    Experience of leading or managing a team
    •    Ability to manage attendance of team, including return to work meetings, understanding and complying with medical restrictions etc.
    •    Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience
    •    Ability to use relevant IT systems including MS outlook, teams, Power BI dashboards
    •    Experience of interpreting data in order to make positive interventions to improve performance
    •    Proven ability to resolve conflict 
    •    Able to demonstrate positive, effective relationships with key stakeholders 
    •    Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear direction and constructive feedback, develop two-way communication through a coaching approach and deliver difficult messages in a sensitive and a tactful way
    •    Demonstrate positive safety leadership skills
    •    Be a champion for change
    •    Understanding of CAA/DfT security regulations and able to ensure the team is complying (desirable)

    •    Care Concierge service.      The role The role will support the delivery of airspace change, required by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) at the three MAG airports as part of the Government’s UK wide Airspace Modernisation Strategy. Working in a dedicated Future Airspace team across the Group, the role will work directly with a diverse mix of external and internal stakeholders and contribute to the delivery of the Future Airspace project at an airport level. MAG’s Future Airspace Programme is part of a national programme of change. 
    You will play a key role in the delivery of the engagement and consultation activities for the MAG airport Airspace Change Proposals (ACPs). You will ensure that the ACP consultations are prepared and executed in line with the agreed consultation strategy and regulatory requirements. This will include creating clear, engaging and accessible materials tailored to a diverse range of stakeholders, organising and delivering consultation events, driving stakeholder engagement with the ACPs and monitoring and reporting on progress. There will be a need for occasional travel to other MAG airports.     What will make you successful in the role? You will be an excellent communicator, able to understand and convey complex technical information in a clear and accessible way to diverse audiences. You will be skilled at building trust and maintaining productive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of working in an engagement role on a complex technical project. You will demonstrate experience in designing, managing, and evaluating consultation activities, ideally for major infrastructure projects. This revenue is primarily through Stansted’s own car parking products which are traded through Cavu, a MAG subsidiary company specialising in distribution and revenue management. The Car Park & Ancillary Revenue Director will own this relationship and co-ordinate activities across trading and operations to maximise revenue across the car park estate.  The role is also responsible for onward travel relationships at Stansted across Rail, coach and private hire as well as exploring and developing new revenue streams for the airport. This is a senior leadership role sitting in the Commercial team with a wide exposure to commercial and operational functions across the airport.  What will make you successful in the role?   We are seeking an influential, dynamic and visionary individual who has a sharp commercial focus and achieves outcomes through working collaboratively with key stakeholders and business partners.  You will be able to demonstrate experience of growing commercial income and will bring with you new ideas in order to develop innovative solutions.
