    •    To ensure a seamless delivery of new or enhanced assets into operation to agreed asset standards and requirements. 
    •    To ensure developments incorporate current and future business transformational schemes, including all future asset demands across infrastructure and technology.
    •    To work closely with Strategy and Master planning teams to support concept and solution development into feasibility and design-delivery.   Main accountabilities

    •    Degree / professionally qualified desirable
    •    Experience of asset management in mechanical or building systems desirable

    •    Able to work in an environment of high change and manage multiple scenarios when developing solutions
    •    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels of the business
