As we move from development into delivery, maintaining the organisational capability required to safely and successfully operate in a highly regulated environment has never been more important. We're seeking an experienced Nuclear Organisational Capability Lead to take ownership of our LC36 Organisational Capability arrangements, ensuring Sizewell C continues to have the people, structures, skills and governance required to deliver nuclear safety and environmental management responsibilities This is a rare opportunity to influence how a nationally significant project manages organisational change, workforce capability and regulatory compliance at scale.
