Matt loves being out and about. Whether that's swimming, visiting his favourite café, enjoying time with people he knows and trusts, or simply getting out into his local community, he enjoys a life filled with experiences, relationships and opportunities. Like many of the people we support, Matt communicates in his own unique way. By taking time to get to know him, you'll learn what makes him smile, what matters to him, and how he expresses his choices, preferences and personality. Every person we support is different, but they all have something in common: they want to live a life that is their own, with the freedom to make choices, build relationships and be active members of their community. It's about understanding what a good day looks like for each person and helping to make it happen. It's about noticing the little things: a smile when someone achieves something they've worked hard for, the excitement of a favourite activity, the comfort of being understood, or the confidence that comes from making their own choices. These are the moments that make this role so rewarding. Essential Requirements Full UK manual or automatic driving licence Licence must have been held for a minimum of 2 years Hours and Working Pattern Various hours are available to cover purpose hours: Weekdays, Weekends, Bank holidays Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings Shifts are worked on a rota basis to meet the needs and choices of the people we support. Because every great day starts with someone who cares enough to make it possible. *Matt is a pseudonym used to represent the people we support and protect privacy.
