The project: Our client is one of the largest water companies in the UK, responsible for water and wastewater services in England. To plan and lead the successful delivery of a programme of works being delivered by an ‘Area delivery team’ made up of the client’s partners and contractors in accordance with their corporate values and following requirements: health and safety strategy - personnel safety, process safety and health and wellbeing, target operating model - system thinking, situational awareness and production line thinking and outcomes - regulatory, customer and resilience.
