Relevant industry qualification.Collaborative mindset to work closely with architects, engineers, and sustainability consultants to integrate energy-efficient design solutions.Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.To assist in the design and delivery of building and engineering projects or groups of projects or programmes of work in order to achieve the highest quality within given timescales, budgets, and statutory requirements.Initial Structural appraisal of projects.Structural engineering assessment and inspection of new and existing properties in steel, concrete, masonry and timberAdvising the client on the need for surveys.Compiling surveys scopes to enable surveys to be procured.Review of surveys and providing advice on impact on project costs.Initial calculations to Eurocodes to enable project costs to be established.The production of feasibility reports.The production of employers requirements documents.The production of technical specifications.Review of contractors proposals.Site visits during construction to monitor quality.Abilities in discipline project and an understanding of project deliverables and RIBA stages, health and safety, cost control, value engineering and site inspections.
