This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional team focused entirely on elevating the journey for our registered Lyst members.You will be instrumental in developing and optimizing features related to user personalization, stock/price alerting systems, and creating member-exclusive functionality. Your work will span across the entire membership ecosystem, including the primary website, mobile application, CRM database, and our push-notification/email services.     The Role

    We are seeking an experienced and data driven Paid Media Lead to drive the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our high impact paid marketing channels, with a core focus on Paid Social and App Marketing. This role is central to accelerating customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will be responsible for defining the full funnel paid media strategy, ensuring our campaigns effectively drive both performance and support brand strategic objectives across all stages of the customer journey.

    You will lead by example, mentoring team members and working closely with key internal teams while managing essential external agencies and partners to ensure world-class execution and maximised return on investment.

    Responsibilities:

You will work closely with our current engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts to develop new product features. As a member of the checkout integration team, you’ll work on the backend of the checkout processing pipeline, collaborating with payment and e-commerce integrations.
