    p b Location: /b Rugby / Hybrid br br Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below. br b Pay Rate: /b £21.45 + PAYE depending upon experience br b Hours: /b 37 hours per week br b Contract: /b 36 months br /p p We are currently recruiting for an experienced b Prevention, Data Outcomes Lead /b to support a busy Housing Advice and Enabling service on an interim basis. /p p This role will focus on improving delivery, performance, data quality and outcomes across homelessness prevention, rough sleeping, waiting lists, temporary accommodation, early intervention and housing strategy. /p p b Key Responsibilities /b /p ul li Lead on performance monitoring and service improvement across housing advice and homelessness prevention /li li Support delivery of homelessness and rough sleeping outcomes in line with local and national priorities /li li Use data and trend analysis to identify service gaps, blockages and improvement opportunities /li li Provide day-to-day coaching, supervision and support to Early Intervention Officers /li li Quality-check prevention work, case recording, Personal Housing Plans and early intervention activity /li li Support improvements to housing systems, workflows and data quality /li li Produce performance reports for senior managers, members and external partners /li li Work with internal teams and external partners including DWP, NHS, probation and outreach services /li li Support the development of future operating models and service review recommendations /li /ul p b Candidate Requirements /b /p ul li Previous experience within housing advice, homelessness prevention or a similar local authority housing service /li li Strong background in data, performance monitoring and service improvement /li li Line management, supervision or coaching experience is essential /li li Good understanding of homelessness legislation, including the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 /li li Ability to analyse data and turn findings into practical service improvements /li li Strong communication, partnership working and reporting skills /li li High attention to detail and strong case recording/data quality standards /li li Experience using systems such as HCLIC, MRI/Jigsaw, In-Form or Power BI would be beneficial /li /ul p This is a hybrid role, with approximately 40% office attendance required during the first 14 weeks. xjlbheb /p p If you have the relevant housing, homelessness prevention, data and service improvement experience, please apply with your CV and include your required hourly rate. /p br Read Less
