    Weekend Production Manager required for a well-established food manufacturer with a history of over 40 years.     This role would suit an experienced Production Manager with experience working with a FMCG environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations over the weekend, overseeing a team of up to 20, including production, warehouse and hygiene teams.

    You will be responsible for ensuring KPIs are met and ensuring the teams adhere to health, safety and quality standards. You will drive continuous improvement activities and support CAPEX projects and new product launches.
