Lead cross-functional projects to implement effective manufacturing solutions. Develop new processes and layouts to improve throughput, flexibility, and compliance. Identify waste, analyse root causes, and deliver sustainable improvements. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, cost, and timing goals. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with Operations teams. Analyse performance data and recommend improvements. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, process mapping, and statistical tools. Support equipment maintenance and manage tooling/equipment data in SAP. Optimise workflows through time studies, line balancing, and capacity analysis. The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements: Education & Qualifications HND (or higher) in Mechanical discipline with strong CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred). Training in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and SPC desirable. Experience & Knowledge 3–5 years leading manufacturing/engineering projects with proven process improvements.
