    The Role
    The Data Officer will play a vital role in maintaining contract integrity and ensuring that data is accurately captured, processed, and reported across funded programmes. You will work closely with compliance and operations teams to support contract delivery, funding claims, and performance reporting.

You’ll have an adaptable, proactive approach and confidence working independently.
    Essential skills and experience:
    Strong working knowledge of GLA, GMCA, or AEB funding data
    Competence using CRM or MIS systems (e.g., PICS, Maytas, or Yeti)
    Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
    Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
    Clear understanding of GDPR and data security principles
    Desirable:
    Experience in managing learner or project data for energy efficiency or community programmes (e.g., Warmer Homes)
    Knowledge of ILR data submission processes

    Contract type: Part-time (approx. 2–3 days per week)
    Location: Fully remote (UK-based)
    Salary: Competitive day rate or pro-rata salary (depending on experience)
