Love Fitness Sunderland is looking for passionate Group Fitness Instructors to help launch and grow our exciting new group fitness timetable within our premium 24-hour fitness club. We are seeking enthusiastic instructors who can create engaging, motivating, and enjoyable fitness experiences for our members. Whether your expertise lies in functional fitness, strength and conditioning, Yoga, Pilates, or other group exercise disciplines, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Delivering safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes. Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages member participation and retention. Motivating and supporting members of all fitness levels to achieve their goals. Contributing to the successful launch and ongoing development of our group fitness timetable. Maintaining high standards of professionalism, customer service, and member care. Representing the Love Fitness brand and helping create an outstanding member experience. Working closely with the club team to build a positive fitness community. What We're Looking For We're searching for fitness professionals who are passionate about helping others and confident in leading group exercise sessions. You will have: A minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification. Experience delivering group fitness classes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, energetic, and motivating approach. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
