They have developed a reputation for delivering high quality, professional services to children, parents and schools and they're now looking for someone to join their team who is equally passionate about children’s play and activity.This full time position offers an exciting mixture of office based work and hands-on childcare experience at breakfast, after school and holiday clubs across all regions. You will be fully supported by the Operations Manager, having the opportunity to learn every detail of how the business operates to ensure they continually deliver high quality activities and childcare to school age children.As part of this role, you will be responsible for supervising an After School Club or Breakfast Club daily and you will work in Holiday Clubs during the school holidays. As a Children's Activity Coordinator, you will ideally have experience in...
The 'Out of School' Sector, in a Primary School, Pre-School, Nursery or Sports setting
Leading Play & Activities, creating a fun, energetic, playful, structured environment for children to grow and develop
Listening to customers, parents, schools and, most importantly, the children in your care to create the best experiences
Leading a team and an ability to motivate others to deliver the highest standard
Seeking and embracing feedback from others, being calm under pressure, and doing everything possible to exceed expectations
Have an inspirational approach, bringing fun and creativeness to the team
