    Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world.To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Sales Supporting Specialist  in the Group Sales Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Go-to-Market Sales Supporting Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the operational backbone for our sales activities in Europe, acting as the primary link between the sales team and the technical, product, and factory functions.Unlike traditional product definition roles, this position focuses on execution. You will ensure that our systems are accurate, our sales channels are equipped with the right configurations and pricing, and our vehicles are compliant for registration across key markets.This role requires daily coordination with R&D, IT, and manufacturing teams in China; therefore, fluency in Mandarin is mandatory. The work involves a high volume of repetitive but critical tasks, requiring patience, a high sense of responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail.What you'll do:1. System & Configuration ManagementPricing & Catalog Maintenance: Own the day-to-day operation of pricing and configuration systems, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date across all markets.Sales Tool Support: Configure and maintain backend systems, including the Lotus App setup for new market rollouts and special feature activations.Data Integrity: Ensure all product specifications, options, and version packs are correctly reflected in internal systems for order placement.2. Sales & Product EnablementSales Request Fulfillment: Act as the central point of contact for sales team product needs, including pricing inquiries, configuration validation, options bundling, and the creation of special market-specific version packs.Packaging Support: Assist in translating market demands into actionable product packages, focusing on practical "go-to-market" execution rather than long-term product definition.3. Regulatory & Compliance SupportMarket Access: Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle regulations in key markets including the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, and Italy.Documentation Management: Prepare, manage, and distribute essential compliance documents such as Certificates of Conformity (COC) and support processes related to national vehicle registrations to ensure seamless customer delivery.4. Technical Liaison & CoordinationChina R&D & Factory Interface: Bridge the gap between European market requirements and the China-based R&D and factory teams, ensuring clear communication on product feasibility and technical needs.Connectivity & Issue Resolution: Coordinate with the telematics (T-Box) supplier and internal teams to resolve customer vehicle network and connectivity issues.Vehicle Lifecycle Support: Manage the system processes for binding vehicles to customers, including both new and used (pre-owned) vehicle ownership transfers.What you'll bring:Language: Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential for seamless daily communication with China-based teams.Experience: Background in sales operations, product certification, homologation, or vehicle administration within the automotive industry is highly preferred.Mindset: You thrive in an operational role and take pride in executing repetitive tasks with high accuracy.     Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world.To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer – High Voltage Battery Systems in the Group Aftersales department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.Role PurposeThe Field Service Engineer – High Voltage Battery Systems is responsible for providing expert, hands‑on technical support to the authorised dealer network, with a primary focus on the diagnosis and repair of High Voltage (HV) battery systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, effective, and timely resolution of complex technical issues, while maintaining manufacturer standards and customer satisfaction.As a secondary responsibility, the role provides advanced diagnostic support and technical guidance to dealer technicians across both Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities – High Voltage Battery Systems• Act as the subject matter expert for High Voltage battery systems, supporting the dealer network with fault identification, root cause analysis, and repair execution.• Carry out on‑site HV battery repairs, replacements, and rectification activities in accordance with manufacturer safety standards and technical procedures.• Ensure all HV work is performed in full compliance with relevant safety, regulatory, and manufacturer requirements.• Support dealers in complex or escalated HV technical cases, including warranty‑related concerns.• Provide detailed technical feedback to central engineering, quality, and aftersales teams to support continuous product improvement.Secondary Responsibilities – ICE and BEV Technical Support• Support dealer technicians with advanced diagnosis of vehicle faults across ICE and BEV platforms.• Provide expert guidance and advice on repair methodologies, diagnostic processes, and best practice.• Assist in the resolution of repeat or complex technical issues to achieve right‑first‑time repair outcomes.• Support technical training activities where required, including coaching and mentoring dealer technicians.General Responsibilities• Act as a professional and trusted technical representative of the manufacturer within the dealer network.• Maintain accurate technical reports, repair documentation, and case records in line with company processes.• Work closely with Aftersales, Technical Support, Warranty, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective issue resolution.• Contribute to the development and improvement of technical bulletins, repair procedures, and diagnostic guidance where appropriate.Skills and ExperienceEssential• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Master Technician, or equivalent senior technical role within an automotive manufacturer or dealer environment.• Strong technical knowledge of High Voltage battery systems and electric vehicle architecture.• Hands‑on experience diagnosing and repairing complex electrical and electronic vehicle systems.• Comprehensive understanding of vehicle safety procedures, particularly relating to High Voltage systems.• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to dealer technicians and stakeholders.• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach to fault diagnosis.• Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Desirable• Formal High Voltage certification to an advanced or master level.• Experience supporting both BEV and ICE platforms within a manufacturer environment.• Previous experience in a field‑based or technical escalation role.• Familiarity with manufacturer warranty processes and technical reporting systems.Personal Attributes• Highly professional, safety‑focused, and customer‑oriented.• Confident working independently in a field‑based role.• Collaborative mindset with a strong commitment to supporting dealer partners.• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    Summary:
    Define and develop retail network and complete aftersales strategies for UK in line the Lotus Cars sales and service strategy (retail & fleet sales, retail partners, traditional dealers, service points & contracts in place).

    The role includes decision on strategy by market area, dealer appointments, terminations, replacements, and improvement process. The role will involve close liaison with the Head of Sales for agreed requirements and targets.

    What you'll do:
    • Market Analysis and Priorities:
    • Develop a process and structure to assess the UK & I Lotus existing network
    • Identify the most efficient representation in all areas ensuring coverage that
    • releases the potential for Lotus Cars existing and future products and programmes.
    • Utilise competitive data, economic, demographic and other relevant information such as legislation variables to adjust and confirm go to market strategies.
    • Build an optimised setup and timeline for transition to target in each area.
    Review of vehicle parc and network optimisation for after service.

    Network Development:
    • Deliver the level of network expansion in UK & I required to drive profitability and growth for Lotus Cars.
    • Monitor and maintain retailer P&L with a view to return on investment including cost reduction and profit maximisation.

    Support in:
    • Identifying and recruiting strategic network retail partners/agents.
    • Working closely with the Head of Network Projects to lead & initiate new projects.
    • Develop, manage and monitor network performance lifecycle programs related to KPIs/ OKRs, contractual standards, brand requirements, margin expectations, sales & aftersales evaluations and network optimization.
    • Establish the governance and process framework to lead the Network
    • Performance Management programme across the network in alignment with the regional framework.
    • Liaise directly with the appropriate teams at Lotus Europe and Global and throughout the global business to ensure compliance to proposed new facility guidelines.
    • Manage the associated internal approval process, including Board-level approval and preparation of contracts.
    • Create a suite of materials to support the appointment of retail partners, commensurate with the Lotus brand and including such information as an overview presentation, application pack, and business plan and marketing plan templates (with input from other Lotus departments)
    • Ensure legal compliance of all Network Development actions, programs, and policies
    • Create and manage new retail partners induction classes for formal introduction to Lotus staff, policies and practices.
    • Work closely with the training manager to identify training needs with Lotus Global and ensure delivery across the network.

    What you'll bring:

    • Business degree or equivalent qualification
    • Previous experience in network development on a national scale
    Strong background in contract management, including experience in dealer termination
    Ideally experience in direct sales
    • Extremely organised, ability to work with parallel workstreams, and manage pressure
    Excellent communication skills
    • Senior automotive experience in the development of dealer/distributor networks
    Knowledge & understanding of overall retail automotive dealer operations
    • Skilled negotiator
    Proven leader who has the ability to influence, develop and achieve objectives and create win/win outcomes.
