Salary: Up to £32k Base + Benefits We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established and growing logistics operation, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring effective coordination between inbound, outbound and transport functions.The business operates a busy, multi-user environment, handling a high volume of goods and providing reliable distribution solutions across the UK. This role is well suited to someone with warehouse or logistics experience who is highly organised and detail-oriented.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory using WMS systems (Mandata, Oracle)Coordinate goods in and out, including loading and unloadingOversee stock organisation and replenishmentSupport accurate picking and packing for dispatchMaintain health and safety standardsComplete data entry, order processing and stock updatesWork with the wider team to improve operational efficiencySkills & ExperiencePrevious warehouse or logistics experienceStrong understanding of stock controlExperience with WMS systems (desirable)High attention to detailStrong organisational and communication skills
