    Loom Talent are thrilled to be recruiting a Sales Area Manager, EMEA for a great business based in Slough. Our client are a well-known and respected leader within their sector with global operations spanning retail, hospitality, healthcare and more. The Sales Area Manager, EMEA will lead the sales and distribution strategy across the region. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional that is experienced in building and expanding distribution networks in international markets.Develop, manage, and grow distribution networks across the EMEA region.Lead and support distributors to achieve sales and market penetration targets.Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships for expansion.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to align on regional growth strategies.Conduct regular in-person meetings and field visits with distributors and key clients (up to 40% travel).Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership.
