Developing your professional practice in a structured environment /p p 2. Gaining real, meaningful experience in educational psychology /p p 3. Being part of a team that genuinely cares about outcomes /p p 4. Supporting qualified EPs with statutory EHCP assessments /p p 5. Engaging with families, schools, and Local Authority teams /p p 6. Conducting observations and gathering pupil information /p p 7. Contributing to report writing and recommendations /p p 8. Collating and reviewing school-based evidence /p p 9. Working within clear statutory timelines /p p 10.
