    The Role
    We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic English lecturer to join our team.
    You will be teaching students of varying abilities – from Level 1 to Level 2 and GCSE. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of English on the expansion and development of the department, helping us to deliver the highest quality education for every student.
    With your valuable experience, you will help inspire the next generation of skilled experts, supporting people from all backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions.
    You will also play a key role in promoting the courses across the English curriculum area, taking part in marketing events and sharing your experiences as an English teacher.
    Skills and Experience
    For this role, you will need to have proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience. You will have achieved a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) as well as a degree in English related subject – and be a qualified FE teacher (or be willing to work towards this).

    The Role
    You will support the team to provide essential learning and accessibility support to young people and adults with SEN which includes facilitating their access to and achievement of learning programmes, supporting their access to all College services and College led activities and facilitating personal development of learning/study skills and educational outcomes including those relevant to individual Educational Health & Care Plans (EHCPs)
    You will be required to provide person-centred learning support to students with severe and complex learning difficulties and/or disabilities which may include supporting them with personal care where necessary. You may work with individuals or small groups and encourage students to engage with activities or work independently.
    Skills and Experience
    You will have good literacy and numeracy skills and have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with students, teachers, parent/carers and, other agencies involved with the students. Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and an understanding of safeguarding and discrimination issues and the difficulties faced by those with learning difficulties are essential.
    You must be willing to assist learners with regards to their personal care and mobility, taking instructions from learners regarding their support needs. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability establish good working relationships. You’ll also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills. Experience of working with SEN learners in a secondary or FE environment is desirable.

    About the Role
    We are seeking an experienced and dedicated CELTA Trainer to join our teacher training team. Initially, this post is required to provide cover in November, with the potential for ongoing work thereafter.     The Role
    The Estates Officer has responsibility in ensuring the site of competence is safe, comfortable and secure at all time, delivering all required estates and facilities services. The role requires the undertaking of all relevant activities and reactive maintenance to deliver estates functions in line with our SLA standards, targets and frequencies, ensuring accessibility and welfare at all time. This includes activities to achieve full Estates Statutory Compliance such as in-house and outsourced preventative planned maintenance functions. 
    The site of competence is Nido Volans Lambeth Campus, located in Norwood.
    Skills and Experience
    You will have experience of boilers and other plant room equipment coupled with knowledge of electrical circuits and distribution systems. You will be skilled in decorating, carpentry and plumbing repairs and maintenance, and have the ability to work in accordance with the College's health and safety procedures. You will have good literacy and numeracy skills and are able communicate in a calm and professional manner with students, staff and visitors at all level. You will have a Health and Safety UK recognised qualification and/or be willing to complete this as part of your professional development within the probation period.

    The Role
    We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Maths lecturer to join our team.
    You will be teaching students of varying abilities – from Level 1 to Level 2 and GCSE. You will work closely with the Assistant Director of Maths on the expansion and development of the department, helping us to deliver the highest quality education for every student.
    With your valuable experience, you will help inspire the next generation of skilled experts, supporting people from all backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions.
    You will also play a key role in promoting the courses across the Maths curriculum area, taking part in marketing events and sharing your experiences as a teacher.
    Skills and Experience
    For this role, you will need to have proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience. You will have achieved a minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) as well as a degree in Maths related topic – and be a qualified FE teacher (or be willing to work towards this).
    You will need to have great communication skills - able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups, in an engaging way. You will also need efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
