Grow Membership & Revenue: Drive new memberships, upsell, cross-sell, and secure renewals. Manage Key Accounts: Retain and expand a portfolio of members, ensuring long-term relationships. Identify Opportunities: Generate leads, support contract transitions, and enhance engagement. Financial Oversight: Manage contracts, renewals, and resolve invoice queries efficiently. Track Performance: Maintain CRM records, present performance updates, and support marketing initiatives.
