You will have a base of customers to manage, with expectations to grow those accounts and win new business opportunities. A lot of this initial work, making appointments and finding new customers is conducted over the phone or with a video call. So you must haveconfident phone-based sales skills, along with the abilityto meet customers face to face to develop the business opportunity further. As aMarketing Solutions AccountManager,you will be presenting ourportfolio ofoptionsthat includebespoke content, digital subscriptions,print anddigital display, Facebook ads & video marketing. Work will involve external and internal clients from across the LOCALiQ and Newsquest businesses and in a range of geographical locations. This role will be hybrid and you will be required to travel into the Newport (IOW) office few times a week. Content management Technical Competencies Figma Adobe Creative Suite Office 365 Digital Marketing tools such as google garage (desirable) Project management tool Qualifications: 1yearof experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Or a recent graduate in a graphic design related course. Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction. Experience of working in an environment with multiple clients.
