Our stunning Beckenham  nursery is looking for a full-time Nursery Assistant to work 40 hours across 4 or 5 days per week.

Support in the creation of assets including newsletters, brochures and flyers.  Act as a liaison between the company and parent communities, gathering feedback and insights.  Answer and manage phone calls and emails from parents. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, managing supplies and preparing for training sessions and meetings.  Provide administrative support to the COO and senior leadership team. Manage calendars, prepare reports and meeting materials. Handle confidential information with discretion.  This role focuses on engaging and building relationships with parents to enhance brand awareness and drive enrolment, participation, or sales in family-oriented programs, services, or products. 
    The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, customer engagement, and administrative support.
    Skills and knowledge Proven experience in a similar administrative, PA, or office manager role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office and a familiarity with CRM systems.  Knowledge of social media or marketing platforms is a plus.  Knowledge or experience in the early years sector is desirable but not essential.  Passion for engaging and supporting parents and families.

    We are currently for a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to be based in our Beckenham Queens Road Nursery. The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms along with fabulous outdoor areas.
    You can earn up to £29,120 per annum, depending on experience, working Full time (40 hours per week) – 4 days a week.

    >Reflect on daily practise and identify areas for continuous improvement.
    >Build and maintain effective partnerships with parents.
    >To be the key person for a designated group of children (not applicable to relief or lunch cover).
    Health & Safety
    >Respond to, and report health and safety issues as and when they arise.
    >Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness/tidiness within the nursery
    >Carrying out health and safety checks in line with Company Policy.
    >Follow control measures detailed within Company Risk Assessments.
    General
    >Responsible for duties associated with the nursery playroom(s), such as maintaining children’s records and any other duties as reasonably requested. 
    >Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
