This is a remote position. Here's the situation: we've been looking to scale our recruitment operation for some time now, but timing is everything. Now is absolutely the right time!

We want to do this properly. For an experienced 360-degree billing recruiter to move is a risk, especially when you take into account your non-solicitation clause with your existing employer. We now have a client who's giving us 10-20 vacancies per month, and we will hand as many of those over to you to resource as you can handle for 3-4 months while you're working out your non-solicitation clause so a) you can START BILLING IMMEDIATELY, while b) not risking a legal contravention. It's an absolute win-win!

So that's why it's the right time. Why is Lithe People the right place? Lithe People is the People and Talent practice of Lithe Consulting Ltd, which trades as both Lithe People (lithepeople) and Lithe Transformation (thinklithe). We're a boutique operation that works on a "remote-first" basis. We have a small office in Brighton where there's a spare desk, but essentially - certainly when you're up-and-running - it can be 100% remote. We have team members and associates based in Brighton, Surrey, London, Valencia, Ibiza, and Turkey! We will treat you like an adult, and won't even look at your KPIs if you're billing. Your market is totally up to you - all we want is for you (and therefore, us) to flourish.

However, this is not the place for Prima Donas or people just out for themselves. We have very much a Three Musketeers philosophy of "All for one and one for all", and we can only really bring people into the business who buy into that.

Although initially the role will be resourcing, it will be very much a full billing role after the first few months, so you need to be an established and experienced recruiter who can, ideally, bring business with you (even if you can't touch it for 6 months!).You need to be able to sell recruitment services to new and existing clients. We'll need someone with at least 1-year's experience as a billing recruiter, hitting or exceeding target. We'll happily look at people with more experience, but you need to understand that this is a coal-face billing recruiter role, not a Managing Consultant (yet) or Team Leader/Manager position. However the sky is the limit as far as career growth is concerned. Ideally we want someone who has any current IT recruitment background, or else will back themselves to pick up the technology and understand it almost immediately (not a big ask now that we have AI!).

Our existing client base is in the UK, Europe, and Middle East, and consists of companies in the banking/finance, electronics, healthcare, pharma, insurance, and management consulting industries. If you've got experience in any of them, that's amazing. If you can open us up to new markets, then that's even better!

Any foreign language skills (especially French, Dutch, or Arabic) are more than welcome.

We're offering a basic of up to £35k whether you work from Brighton office or remotely from anywhere in the UK. Earnings with commission are really up to you and how successful you are, there is no ceiling.

Unfortunately we can't sponsor a work visa for this position, or consider people who are based outside the UK.

So if you're an experienced 360-degree billing recruiter looking to move to a company where you will be treated like an adult, not over-burdened with meaningless KPIs, and want the freedom to work remotely (or from the Brighton office - it's still a great place to live!), click on apply!

    Job Description
This is a brilliant career move for a Salesforce Solution Architect from a consultancy or transformation background, who's not scared to get their hands dirty on the technical side!

We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes across the UK and internationally. They are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect who blends strategic architectural thinking with hands-on delivery capability. This is a role for someone who can design robust, scalable solutions across Salesforce Core Clouds while bringing strong exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud and a solid working understanding of Field Service.
You’ll lead end-to-end solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud, shaping secure, high-performance architectures aligned to real business outcomes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into pragmatic designs, guide development teams, review solution artefacts, and step in hands-on when needed for prototypes or critical components. Data Cloud will be a key focus — from ingestion and harmonisation to identity resolution and activation.
We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years operating at Solution Architect level. Strong Apex, LWC, Flow and integration expertise is essential, along with experience integrating Salesforce into wider enterprise ecosystems. Exposure to Field Service concepts (work orders, territories, mobile workflows) is valuable, though deep specialism isn’t required. Experience working with C-level stakeholders and contributing to pre-sales or client workshops is highly desirable.
This is an opportunity to shape modern, cloud-first Salesforce architectures in complex enterprise environments, influence platform roadmaps, and act as a trusted advisor on optimisation and growth. The salary package on offer is a base up to £95k with the possibility of a small bonus up to £100k according to success. There's a great pension (with salary sacrifice options) and medical insurance for you and your family.

Please note this is a hybrid position where consultants are expected to be onsite 2 days/week if possible. For exceptional candidates who live distances that make this preclusive there may be some negotiation, but some onsite presence will be required.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION IS URGENT AND WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN START IN 1-2 WEEKS. ALSO PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE CURRENT AUTHORISATION TO WORK UNRESTRICTED IN THE UK.
