Role Overview
The Global Analytics team is responsible for developing and maintaining Price Discovery solutions used by the Front Office to generate and disseminate market information to clients. This data and associated financial calculations are integrated into a range of applications across the firm. Role Overview
The EMEA Head of Operations Risk is responsible for managing operational risk, executing risk and operational controls, developing management information, and driving process improvements within TP ICAP Operations. The role will require collaboration with the regional Head of Operations, the Global Head of Operational Risk, and applicable Functional Heads to implement tactical, as well as strategic change to meet the objectives of the overall operational strategy.
Key responsibilities will include to identify and implement efficiencies to operational protocols and procedures, helping to provide a greater level of service to clients both internal and external but more importantly ensuring we have a robust control environment given our “First Line of Defense” role.
The role requires the ability to drive operational change through the full project lifecycle, from requirements stage to implementation including the impact on the Operating model, and it entails driving initiatives to improve operations approach and standards around change, testing and releases.
As part of the Global Broking Operations Team, the role will also involve to independently review the Global Operating Model and recommend solutions around centralization and harmonization of ”Follow-the-Sun” models ultimately driving and enhancing Operations’ global client and customer experience, footprint and brand.
Role Responsibilities
Responsible for several key areas within the larger Operations team. These are: (1) Functional Risk Control and (2) leading change management initiatives within Operations (both regionally and globally).
Partner with the functional owners to manage routine risk activities (including control attestations, Risk Self Assessments (RSAs), stress tests and other regular Risk activities).
Partner with Operations staff, either regionally or globally by function as required, to provide guidance and oversight for Risk Issues and Actions, Risk Events, Policy Breaches, and other risk-related events.
Help lead regional and global innovation projects to assist in building more effective controls and/or providing more efficient processes.
Work with Operations partners and Technology resources in all regions to identify best practices for building, deploying, and supporting automated processes.
Lead Innovation Champion members in adhering to the End User Developed Application (EUDA) control requirements.
Ensure Operations are raising changes to the relevant development forum and understand the process for raising change. Compile Business Briefs for submission to the local PMO containing benefits realized for any projects related to this function.
Engage with regional counterparts, to ensure global consistency to Operational Change.
Assist in ensuring key controls/ operational risk/exception monitoring processes are in line with ICAP operational risk policy.
Build business relationships with internal and external clients ensuring operational process is never compromised but clearly understood by stakeholders.
Keep abreast of projects by other groups (front office/other offices) and ensure impact on Operating Model (i.e., reconciliation model) is understood and procedures updated as required.
Established roles and responsibilities for the Americas Regulatory Reporting teams.
Manage and develop the Americas Risk team members.
Pull together the progress of the change and report biweekly to the Operations Leadership team.

Trade Surveillance, alongside Communications Surveillance capabilities are at the forefront of internal and external regulatory enquiries. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support TP ICAP’s Trade Surveillance Tech Programme.
Role Responsibilities
Manage and deliver on BA tasks associated with any Change relating to technology, processes or people under the Trade Surveillance Tech remit, such as, but not limited to supporting Scila Surveillance platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
Eliciting, understanding and analysing problem statements/business requirements.

Role Overview
The Front Office Risk Management (FORM) Control team acts as a central hub for business-critical analysis, providing governance and oversight across all TP ICAP business and functional areas. The team is responsible for monitoring policy adherence, recommending operational efficiencies, and tracking the implementation of control-related solutions.
The Front Office Risk & Controls Analyst plays a pivotal role in reviewing and documenting internal processes and controls to ensure effective oversight and compliance with corporate policy within the 1st Line of Defence. This role is key to embedding the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and fostering a strong governance culture.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for the FORM team, providing day-to-day support to the Head of EMEA GB FORM and FORM Officers across operational and project work.
Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate and enhance front office control frameworks.
Support the consistent application of the FORM and Conduct Frameworks across the region.
Coordinate and deliver control attestations, desk mandate validations, and targeted reviews.
Identify, monitor, and escalate emerging risks, policy breaches, and conduct-related issues.

Role Overview
The primary responsibility of the Brokerage and Investigation department is to support the business for the administration of brokerage rates for Global Broking in Europe. The department is composed of three key functions, all of them are closely linked together and all team members will be trained to perform all key functions: (i) documentation of our fee schedules, (ii) maintenance of those fees into our systems and (iii) investigation of queries raised on our invoices.
This is a client facing role where you will interact directly with clients on brokerage related queries.
Role Responsibilities
Brokerage Management
Provide central documentation for all brokerage rates
Ensure the proper documentation and storage of the agreed brokerage rates, adhering to company standards in terms of approval and governance;
Respond to requests from customers, business, Chief Pricing Officer, other support departments and audit for new, amended or copies of current fee schedules or venue rate cards;
Notify appropriate personnel within the firm as well as customers of new/amended agreements;
Engage with relevant departments to automate the brokerage rates or ensure that a manual process is implemented;
Liaise with clients to follow up on their queries, send them relevant brokerage letters.
Brokerage Data Management
Input brokerage fees in the relevant systems for new/ amended rates and discounts;
Perform 4 eyes checks for the new rates input and regular adhoc checks on discounts and rates to ensure reliability of our data;
Suggest technical enhancements to the systems and work towards centralisation of the brokerage rates.
Customer Investigation
Ensure the effective and efficient management of trade investigations raised by clients following the review of their invoices, liaising with appropriate departments to solve them;
Perform the brokerage checks requested by the audit;
Track and analyse the transactions where brokerage has been input manually;
Suggest improvement to the systems and processes;
Design and implement reconciliations and MI/KPIs to support our business and evidence controls
Ensure that processes are documented and, where possible, that processes are aligned, across business lines and entities
Be responsible for the evolution of the function, and any improvements of processes
