You will work closely with class teachers, deliver planned lessons, and provide targeted support to individuals and groups. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities for day-to-day cover, short-term placements, or longer-term contracts depending on your availability and career goals.Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the class teacherSupport teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2Provide tailored support to groups and individual pupilsWork collaboratively with staff to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environmentHelp foster a love of learning through curiosity, exploration, and creative thinking
About You
HLTA status or equivalent experienceConfident delivering lessons and supporting whole-class teachingPassionate about inspiring children and promoting a positive learning atmosphereFlexible, reliable, and committed to high standards of educationA nurturing, enthusiastic approach that encourages children to thrive
